Is there a minimum commitment?

No. There is no minimum hours, no retainer, and no lock-in. You use DIDIT when you need us and scale back when you don't.

How do I know how many hours a task takes?

We track all hours transparently and report them with every task. You can also ask for a time estimate before we begin any task.

What if my usage changes month to month?

Your rate automatically adjusts based on actual monthly usage. If you use 22 hours in one month and 8 in the next, each month is billed at the appropriate rate independently.

Do you handle tasks outside of Prague?

Most of our clients are based in Prague and the surrounding area. For tasks that require physical presence, we operate primarily in Prague. Remote and administrative tasks can be handled nationally.

What payment methods do you accept?

We invoice monthly. Bank transfer is our primary payment method. Invoice details are included in every monthly summary.

How do I get started?
